The Bruins have lost 2 in a row and 3 of the last 4. It has been a rough ride. Thomas isn't playing as well, they aren't scoring, and they have been dealing with injuries left and right. There is only about 5 weeks left in the regular season. In no means is it time to panic, but it would be nice to see this team show some signs of life. I'll save my panicking until 2 weeks before the end of the regular season.
I feel like I keep writing the same thing in each preview, but the good news tonight is that the Bruins are 4-0 against the Maple Leafs and have outscored them a total of 23-6. Guys like Lucic have torn this team up (5 goals 5 assists), so hopefully the offense can get rolling.
Daniel Paille will join Peverley and Horton on the shelf, which won't help anything, as the Bruins depth will continue to be tested.
