Breaking News: Patriots Lose Anderson and Green-Ellis

Patriots defensive end Mark Anderson agreed to a four-year deal with the Bills, and BenJarvus Green-Ellis has signed a 3 year deal with the Bengals. Anderson had a great season in his one year with the Patriots with 29 tackles (18 solo) and 10 sacks. It was a great comeback year after being so injury prone before, he is still just 28 years old. I can't blame the Patriots until I see the money he got, but a 4 year deal would scare me if there is a lot of guaranteed money, because of his injury record. Still, I will miss him and he was heavily underrated here in Boston. If Anderson is able to stay healthy, having him and Mario Williams is a scary combo.

BenJarvus Green-Ellis has never fumbled. Not in college, and not in the pros. That amazing. He also rushed for 667 yards and 11 TDs. He isn't a guy who is going to break a big gain, but he was a hell of a goal line back and someone you could trust, which is all the Patriots really needed from their RB spot. He will be missed, but after the Patriots spent 2 draft picks on RBs last year it just makes too much sense to let him walk.
