Off Topic Rant

Yea, not one of you are going to care about this, but you know what? I get to write whatever I want, and right now I want to write about this.

Let's start with this stupid fire in Back Bay that happened last night. It knocked out all the power in Back Bay except for my office.

Fuck.

Oh wait, my employer called everyone to tell them they can work from home, so they don't have to deal with the stuff going on in Back Bay, well everyone except me of course.

Fuucckk.

Got a letter from MA RMV saying my license is going to be suspended, because of a 2006 unpaid parking ticket from URI. I found that funny, because I paid it and have a record of that. I call RI DMV, and of course they don't send notice to MA RMV, unless you pay an extra $151.50 fee. Since it wasn't paid on time that means I need to pay an additional $100 bucks to MA DMV to get it wiped off my record.

Fuuuccckkk.

RI RMV doesn't accept debit cards or anything over the phone, because RI is stuck in the 1960's and won't update, which means I need to go to my bank and get a certified check, and then mail it.

Fuuuucccckkkk.

Well, I would do that except all the power is out, so all the banks are closed in Back Bay and I get out of work too late to do it today. This wouldn't have been a problem if I had got the call last night, and didn't have to come into work, as power is fine where I live.

So, if you are part of our bracket challenge I suggest having Michigan State lose to the 16 seed for the first time in history, because that seems to be where this week is heading.
