I was trying to put the video up of this, but the MLB keeps taking it down. Cabrera took a hard hit grounder right off the face from Hunter Pence. He has gone out for X-Rays and I doubt anything will come of it, but you will start to hear rumblings that having Cabrera at 3rd is a mistake. I am not buying that. I wouldn't have him there every game, but I think it is big for him to get some time over in the hot corner again, so next year when V-Mart comes back he can play there a lot. I think making the point off this one play is dumb, but if he goes down with an injury this year, fans are going to go crazy.

Wow, actually worse than I thought...
Tigers third baseman Miguel Cabrera suffered a small fracture under his right eye when he was hit in the face fielding a grounder against the Phillies Monday. Cabrera will miss a couple weeks of action.
