The Red Sox injury list is already growing and they haven't even started their season yet. We already know Crawford will most likely miss all of April. Now we are getting word that Bailey has a thumb injury and he might not be ready for the start of the season, and Beckett also has a thumb injury and Aceves might need to make his first start.
This is not a good way to start the year. We went over a week or two ago how tough the beginning of their season is, and being short handed isn't going to help that. The good news is that other than Crawford's injury none of these seem all that serious.

Bobby V says Beckett is probable for the start of the season.
