91 Celtics, 72 Miami

Not on did the Celtics win their 5th game in a row, they validated this streak by absolutely demolishing the Miami Heat.

In the National Spotlight Rajon Rondo shines brightest and last night was no different. 14 of his career 18 triple-doubles have come on national TV and tonight was his 5th triple double of the season, nobody has more than 1 and since 09-10 season Rajon has the most in the league. Oh yea, this is the 13th straight game in a row where he had double figure assists. Let the critics now say that he only shows up for nationally televised games. The playoffs are all on national TV so I'll take that any day of the week.

From the opening tip off you could tell it was going to be one of these games where Rondo was going to dominate, as he rattled off 7 straight points, and was relentless on going to the rim. The Heat had absolutely no answer to him. The only quarter that Miami showed any fight was in the 2nd where they made it a 1 point game and a 4 point game at half.

The Heat shouldn't have even came out in the 2nd half as the Celtics just walloped them and the Heat couldn't do anything about it. The Celtics made them look disinterested, Lebron finished the game with 23 points, 4 rebounds, 0 assists, 0 steals.... it was weird, it almost reminded me of the playoffs and is last day with the Cavs. Other than a spark in 2nd Dwayne Wade was bottled up with 15 points, 6-17 shooting and Avery Bradley had this awesome block on him;

And I don't remember Chris Bosh in the game. KG just intimidates the shit out of him. 4 points on 2/11 shooting and 11 boards.

Since Rajon did his best to represent Kentucky, Pierce held his Jayhawk own. Pierce has been playing spectacular for a while now. He had 23 points with 7 rebounds and excellent defense on LeBron. All of our starters were in double figures and we had good minutes from Keyon, Sasha and Steimer.

Great win, and now we are in 1st place by a game.
