Yes, I feel the Yankees age is finally going to cost them this year. Jeter and ARod are yet another year older. One of these years it going to cost them. I am not really a Kuroda believer, and I am not sold Hughes can hold onto a rotation spot. They have a bunch of guys, but I don't know if throwing a bunch of shit against the wall is going to help again this year. This could all change if Pineda finds a way to be throwing 96 MPH again, but fuck this team.

As for the Red Sox. I have my concerns. I think it is going to be a very up and down year again. I think it's going to be another slow start, and that will cost them the division. The Rays pitching is just silly, and I think their hitting with be better than last year with a healthy Longoria and Pena back in the mix. Still have the Red Sox making the playoffs, and I will feel good with that pick if Beckett, Lester, Buchholz stay healthy for the most part. Maybe that is asking a lot, but that's what I am backing on. For the playoffs, a 1 game series in Texas would scare the hell out of me, and that's why I got them out in the first round.

Tigers have 2 of the best hitters in baseball, they have the best pitcher in baseball, they have Fister and Scherzer backing him up and a bunch of young arms behind them. They have a good closer in Valverde, and they have hitting around Fielder and Cabrera in Jackson, Boesch, Young, Avila, and Peralta. I just think they are a great well rounded team that is going to be damn dangerous.
