94 Celtics, 82 Bobcats

I know it's hard to get excited about winning against a 7 win team, but I am. Doc Rivers sat the big 3 and the Celtics were still able to win the game. Everyone asks what it will be like without the big 3 or if the team will be awful with Rondo being the only star on the team. Let me tell you something, Rondo will be the exact same player but more aggressive. If not for a stinger in the arm Rondo would have played every minute of the game (he played 43), he told Doc before the game he wanted to go the whole game to see his conditioning.

All he did was put up 20 points, 16 assists, 6 rebounds and a steal over 43:14 while pacing Boston to a 94-82 win over the Bobcats. He did have 8 TO, but I believe that can be attributed to the unfamiliarity he has with the non big 3ers.

His main targets were Brandon Bass and Avery Bradley who had 22 points a piece. Steimer had a great game with 8 points, 4 rebounds and 6 blocks.

So much for the tough schedule. The Celtics have played 10 games in 15 days and are 7-3.
