Rajon Rondo For Deron Williams

With the Celtics struggling and the whipping boy apparently being Rajon Rondo, we are hearing and are going to be hearing trade rumors left and right surrounding the Boston point guard. The new hot rumor is Rondo/ Jermaine O'Neal (salary reasons) for Deron Williams.

The reason why we would trade a younger and better point guard in Rondo for a slower, but more offensive guard in Williams is hoping that Dwight Howard would follow suit as it's been reported he and Williams want to play together. Another kicker is that Deron Williams is a FA after this year and could run, and we would be left with nothing after the season.

I hate the idea of my favorite player in the NBA being traded, I hate the idea of blowing up this roster because I love them all, but if this would guarantee Dwight Howard in green, we have no other choice than to do it. But I would only do it, if it was guaranteed we get Dwight Howard, because if not, I wouldn't think Williams would stay here as well.
